Hands-on training for all users at the launch location — covering the full application workflow, lender options, and best practices for presenting financing in the treatment conversation.
Go-Live Planning
Confirm the go-live date, set expectations with the team, and ensure the location is fully configured, tested, and ready before the first day patients are offered financing.
Sandbox Testing
Submit test applications through the full workflow before go-live. Every step is verified — from application submission to lender response — so nothing is left to chance on day one.
